How to address a letter to Canada?

Is this the correct way of doing this?

Switch the Postal code and Canada and space the Postal Code M1V 5M2 and it should be gtg. That is how I addressed them when I was writing my wife there when we were dating and they went through fine.

thats fine... but i think the postal code is supposed to go on the same line as the city and province and then canada last
