How to add or move New Text Document (Notepad) to the right click main context (picture 1)

So I can easily create "New Text Document" (Notepad) with the default result of picture 2. Then I can type new name immediatly.

*I don't want to open Notepad window after I click "New Text Document"

*I am using Windows10 Pro

I found the New Text Document in the registry as in the picture

Please tell me how to move it to the main context.

*I want it to appear right click on desktop and any folder.
