How To add A Refresh button...

I usually have like 6 windows open and sometimes prefer to get everything minimized in the taskbar (bar at bottom blue).

I once got the refresh button on the taskbar...but now I forgot how to even find and add it.

Is their a place where the .exe is stored or how can I make one?
