How to access/search for old threads?

Hi, I wanted to randomly bump an old thread of mine (from August). Is this possible? I went through advance search but it doesn't find it. I still have a link to it:

Or there is a way to even link to it even though it is archived just to view it? e.g.

archive.forums.anandtech.com/..etcetc

?

since they move all threads over 90 days old to the archive, iirc, you would have to do an archive search, refind the thread and use the new link.

What i would also assume is that if you bumped the thread it would bring it out of archive again, so the url for the thread would change for a 2nd time

EDIT: in the advanced search, where it says "Which messages?", you have to pick "archived"

Ahh thank you! Was able to find it, but I guess you can't reply to archived threads

You cannot reply to archived threads, they're read only.
