How to access BIOS on Compaq Proliant 5500 series server?

I know the system utils are stored on a system partition on one of the hard drives, but I can't seem to be abel to access them at bootup. The command that is supposed to work is F10, but it won't work at any time during the bootup process.

Anyone have an experience with these servers?
