how to accept credit card payments without actually accepting credit cards on paypal, which i just stumbled on

ok, i was sending money for a p4 chip in fs/ft and i just noticed something.


the person couldnt accept cc, but i didnt know. so i sent $90 cc paypal. so he says he cant and he denies the payment. so when it denies it puts $90 back into my account, which was just charged off my cc. then i sent it back to him because it was my "paypal balance" now, and then it doesnt count as cc paypal anymore. hahaha what a trick.

Hahah neat, although a 2 step process. Do they still charge that surcharge for recieving money then?

i dont believe they will charge since it is PP funds and not CC finds
