How thw hell do i make a webpage

??? i have my nifty free 1&1 domain and its redy for me to finally set it up. ffinally have time for it

now what do i use to make a page and all that stuff?
 
You can either write the html by hand in something like vim, use a creator program like NetObjects Fusion, or some linear combination of the two.

well i cant write HTML so thats not gonna work

front page express is the free one.

FP (/express) generates crappy code but itll get you started quickly. you can move up to better tools later.

you should still learn html anyway. it's not hard.

No, netobjects isn't free. There are a bunch of programs that do this though. Microsoft Frontpage usually comes with Office if you have that. Otherwise just look around, I think are at least a few good freeware ones.

Use Frontpage from MS. It's the best. Oh yeah, throw in a whole bunch of animated gifs and as many flash animations as possible. The more the merrier right? And always have music playing in the background. The music has to be short, to reduce load time, but you can easily make it loop forever. And hide the mute button, so the fools can't silence your masterpiece. Oh yeah, ALWAYS CHOOSE BRIGHT COLORS! Sun bright neon green is always the best for blind people to read. Don't want to discriminate against the handicap with your website, right?
 
ok im not a compleat idiot, im not gonna fill it with stupid gifs flashing things and sound, cause i probibly couldent figure that out anyway

im just trying to creat a decent main page and a couple subpages to host some things on and so i have a place to put my pics online
