Looking to up-grade from my Asus A7X266-E / Athlon XP2400+ system. Settled on the following. How does it look? Anything else I should change?

2gb memory (brand & model suggestion)?

For the RAM, I'd suggest OCZ Value 1GB sticks or Crucial Value 1GB sticks. Both overclock incredibly well and are around $100/GB.

Kingston ValueRAM is also about the same price. (Use it and love it) and I'd recommend any of those 3 brands.
