How this for a budget point and shoot?

I'm looking to pick up something cheap for shooting pictures of my rig, zoomed in pics of computer components and electronics, and other things of that nature.

How's this pick (both in terms of the camera itself and also the price)? Yay? Nay?

Dell has a good price. It is a relatively cheap camera, but for your stated purposes, it should be a good buy.

For close up tech shots, it has a macro mode that will focus as close as 5 cm.
