how the hell do you do your taxes if you worked as a 1099 contractor??

I don't want to clutter up the tax thread this...but whne filing taxes, if I had both w-2 and 1099 jobs this past year, what form do I use for taxes....cause 1040 only lists w-2 income, and 1099 if taxes were witheld....
 
if you have no clue about doing your taxes when you are 1099, you should seek professional tax help
