How the hell do u get the Accelero X2 off?!

Wow, I am trying to get my Accelero X2 off of my X1900XTX, but it will not budge.

All the screws are undone, but the damn HSF feels like its glued down to the card.

Has anyone else experienced this? Possible explanations???
