How the hell do I turn off system restore in win me??

Its sooo annoying, slows me down, and resets everything if my pc ever crashes...

Right click on my computer,go to properties,click the performance tab,go to file system,click the troubleshooting tab and then click on disable system restore.

Get windows 98 lite and just yank that and that movie maker crap right out of it. Using 98lite right now. Cut down my WinMe install to less than 230 meg and its alot faster.
