They are freaking everywhere. I have to mow twice a week to keep them under control. Does anyone have recommendations for killing these useless bastards?

I've already googled it, so thank you lmgtfy.com users. Everyone was giving organic ways. F that, I want them gone with the most pain you can inflict on a plant.

Liquid weed killer should get them. NOT round up!!! Just get a bottle or two from ortho and make sure it's made to kill dandelions.

It's much better to treat for them early in the spring before they pop up.

go to Farm and Fleet or a other Farm type store near you. They have the good stuff.

they have a liquid week killer that is amazing. it works. the guy down the street did it and it killed them all. ...but now he has bald spots in the lawn hehe.

We just moved it, so I missed the early killing of them. I'll get the bastards for sure next go round.

Garden stores sell a little tool that allows you to pull them out with the root. Clear them out before they go to seed and follow up with standard Weed n Feed. Once they get fully established, most chemical killers will likely kill some grass too. Best bet is to do it the old fashioned way.

Yeah, go to the store and either pick something off the shelf that says it kill dandelions or find someone who works there and say "Excuse me, I'm illiterate and/or helpless, can you give me something to get rid of my dandelions?"

Yeah, if you have 120 hours sitting around to do all that work.

Wouldn't mowing the dandelions chop up the flower and distribute the seeds across your entire yard?

Pull them apart slowly with a rusty pair of tweezers.

Waterboard them.
No, wait, that's probably good for them.

I got rid of my dandelions but now I'm being inundated with clover. That shit is hard to get rid of and it spreads so damn fast.

They have to survive long enough to turn from yellow flower to white fuzz and then dry out and fly off the stem.

Just FYI, if any of your direct neighbors' yards have dandelions, you may be fighting a losing battle. That's how my yard got inundated with 'em. Stoopid redneck neighbor next door let his yard go to sh1t. Now, all of our places directly around him have real pretty yellow yards........sigh

I use weed and feed and never have dandelions.

It takes just a few treatments a year and you'll have none, even if your neighbor's yard is full of them.
