Alright ATOT, I'm pretty sure everyone will enjoy this and laugh at my expense, so here goes:

Monday morning I woke up at my normal time for work (6:45) and headed to the bathroom to grab a shower, since I shower in the morning to wake up some. All of the sudden, I found myself on the floor sideways with my head hurting very badly.

As far as I can figure out, I walked into the bathroom, turned the lights on, fell asleep *while walking*, fell over, hit my head on the toilet, and woke up to the sound of my head hitting the floor.

It was like I got blindsided by the worst hangover ever and I didn't even have a drink. Talk about a good way to start off the week :p

Its called blacking out, it happens. Your heart rate was pretty low (You were relax) when you stood up. Blood rushes out of your brain, bam, your down. My guess is your bathroom isn't too far from your bedroom, usually blacking out doesn't happen instantly allowing you a couple of steps before you collapse.

I wouldn't worry about it, happens to me all the time. ([swartzenager]Its not a toomar[/swartzenager])

Yeah, that was a blood vessel in your brain exploding. Don't worry though, not like you can do anything about it.

Sometimes when I jumped out of bed in the morning I feel dizzy and a few times I actually keel over.

Sudden motion can cause you to get dizzy. Like waking up out of bed, your heart has to compensate for that sudden rush of movement.

I started laughing here, and continued to laugh at your misfortune. :D
