can i make my throat heal faster ? it scratched up like hell, and i drank, i smoke and really my throat took a deep load last nite and made it worse

its been like this for abouth a month now. i do alot of random scratches on my throat cuz it itches like hell

what kinda medication can i buy to make it better?

dry or mucus-ly wet?

if there's tons of mucus, try Muconex. It's the BEST. But, you have to drink TONS of water, since it leaves you parched like hell, but it does wonders.

If dry, then hop into a sauna? Take hot showers? Eat piping hot soup?


When I get itchy throat, I love to eat ultra spice soup. Works wonders

You have a sore throat?
Gargle with 1 teaspoon of salt,in about 6 oz of Warm water.

Spit it out,and don;t drink anything else,for at least 10 mins.

Then get some warm Tea,with Honey would be better;
and drink that warm,like
even green tea with Honey.

Call Mommy and ask her; if you don't belieive an over 45 year old single dude,
who hates to go to the Dr. too.

Stay away from the booze,and no screaming for a week.{No concerts/hockey/football,etc}.LOL.
