And many of us run health monitors on our computers, to see what temperature different parts of the computer are running at.

And yes, I've got a thermometer hanging on my wall, actually.

I have one of those indoor/outdoor temp thermometers in my room. I like to be able to look across the room and see what the temp is outside...

Since we have that marvelous invention called central heat and A/C, the thermostat that controls said unit provides a remarkable measurement called the "room temperature." One must walk over and glance at the number being displayed but you should look into investing in such a device/system. Makes the whole house a nice, even temperature throughout.

72F is "room temperture"

Room temperature varys by the individual. Room temp for me is 76^F. Running the AC at 72^F produces 400+ electric bills. 🙁

My parents keep it at 72^F in the summer, and 65^F in the winter.

I have a digital thermometer with an outdor remote unit as well. Tells me the temp and humidity both inside and outside. I love it.

Also every thermostat in the world has a thermometer built into it as well so you could just look at that.

COuldn't tell you at all what my CPU temp is as I don't care as long as the computer runs. 🙂
