I just read a thread where someone from the DSLR team dumped (Crunched and posted i'm assuming) 1400 WU's. Holy Crap!!!!! How do they do that in one night???????? That's just mind boggoling (sp)

They have big members that have massive servers and/or workstations. Bandai was putting out over 2000 WU's per day just a little over a month ago...now Stone seems to be putting out up to 900 per night!

We need more..more...more to counteract these guys...then press forward and WIN!!! :Q

they have big members engineer? no need to get personal...I'm sure the TeAm has a larger average member size....
uhhhh never mind you don't wanna know what I'm talking about. 😉

We're nuts! Okay, I am anyway. 😀

I basically started out with just a couple computers at home and.. simply expanded. I only have a couple machines at work that I can use for the project so the bulk of it is at home. My ID was something I'd created for myself back when I was first signing up for an e-Bay account, and networking was something I wanted to do. Doing SETI has given me a good deal of experience with networking, in addition to all I've learned in classes and at work.

It might help you to know that I don't have a wife or kids, so my house is mine to do with as I please. 🙂

Interesting. Man that must take forever to amass the amount of computers and thus WU's that you guys do. I guess all you can do is just keep on crunchin'!

Just do what you can do. I'm lucky if I get more than 9 or 10 a day. I have an old 350 that takes about 30 hours to do 1 wu but that's one more than I had. I trying to get an old 450 put together if I can get the rest of the parts I need together. I don't know how long it will take but everyone will count.
