How the heck do I unlock my profile?

How do I display my registered email and what not?
 
you go into your profile and allow users to see your email address. really easy. the rest of your profile is unlocked.
 
Your email address is not showing up in your profile.
They be wanting you to edit your profile, and add the email address you used to register on here.
 
there we go. Haha I didnt realise that there was a menu there I just assumed that was one of my personal options!
