How the $&@* do you get 13 warrants out for your arrest!?!

I am watching COPS, and a woman (which looks pretty normal actually) got pulled over for a traffic stop. She had a suspended license, no insurance, and THIRTEEN warrants for her arrest!

I do not actually know anything about a warrant.... but how the hell can you get 13 warrants without getting and staying arrested?

Because they can't find you or the warrants aren't ones that require someone to constantly try to serve you? There are only so many LEOs to go around and serve people.

Because they can't find you or the warrants aren't ones that require someone to constantly try to serve you? There are only so many LEOs to go around and serve people.

If you don't pay a ticket, you get a warrant out for your arrest? Sweet! I should have a few warrants then... jk...
