How the #$%&#$^ do you do the fancy jumps in UT?!?!?!

You mean side-dodging? Just go into controls, and enable the side jumping with a doubletap of strafe option...

double tap forward / back / strafe left or right.. small delay before you can do it again.. but I hate killing flag carriers doing that..

Hehe... The flips are automatic. You can't do them, and you can't see yourself doing one. Its just that whenever someone jumps on a low-grav level, the game makes it look like they are doing a flip. The first person view doesn't show this.
