How the ****** are you supposed to use these stupid ****** Crest Whitestrips?

About 5-10 minutes after I apply the, saliva starts building up and the strips start to move around. The upper one stays on, mostly, but the bottom one goes everywhere.

Any tips?

Read the ****** directions, freak. They work fine and never moved on me.

Fold them around the back of your teeth?

Otherwise, just pony up the cash & get some trays made. Effects of that is 10x better.

The samples I got don't have any directions on them. I followed the instructions on the box of my previous strips, but that didn't and still doesn't work for me.

You don't get a bunch of saliva floating around in the front of your mouth? Lucky you.

M4H - they are folded. The bottom one might actually be moving since it's got a cemented wire on the back... but it's adhered to the cement when I'm done applying the bottom strip.

I have had the same problem. I suggest using a whitening kit which uses trays. They are for the most part more affective.

thats why night effects is superior. whitestrips are a pain to use.
only thing to do is lie down. pretty lame eh?

Crazy. My wife just bought me some today and I have them on right now.

Directions are as follows:

1. Do not brush teeth before application.
2. Peel whitestrips from backing using the slit in the backing.
3. Apply gel side on front teeth.
4. Aligh with gumline and press gently.
5. Fold the rest of strip behind teech to keep in place.
6. Do the same for lower teeth.
7. Wear for 30 minutes 2x a day.

The bottom strip will come off for sure if I spit. The top one moves a bit, too.

I had the same problem. only soultuion for me was to rub my teeth with my finger to get them nice and dry. then keep your mouth open with you lips not touching your teeth and keep your head tilted slightly back. that way any saliva falls back your throat. you can still watch tv/play on the computer, get ready. you just look wierd doing it. also suck air in every once in a while to keep your teeth dry.
