How tall is an EPIA?

the form factor specifies 170 mm x 170 mm.
the form factor name is mini-itx.

all of them will fall at that size.

nano-itx, when it gets released, will come in at 120 mm x 120 mm.
 
The M10000 is as tall as the highest point of the rear panel connectors of a standard ATX motherboard.

As Walleye said, the other dimensions are 170x170mm for Mini-ITX, and 120x120mm for Nano-ITX when that is released
