How superior to cas 2.5 is cas 2 ddr memory?

It seems to me that you have use lower fsb for cas 2...
Cas 2 has got to be faster as those sticks are more expensive 🙂
But will high quality memory be able to reach both cas 2 AND higher fsb's?
Then again what is the performance gain with any of these tweaks/overclocking?
