How strong would I have to be to beable to hold a...

Just to be on the safe side, how strong would I have to be to beable to hold a 200lb person in my arms? What about for 10 minutes? 30 minutes? I was holding my cat for about maybe 2 minutes and already my biceps were getting tired which bothered me considering that if I need to hold someone up, I'd have a pretty difficult time doing so...

There's a difference between strength and stamina. Most people on ATOT could probably hold a 200 pound person for at least 5 seconds. 10 minutes? That requires stamina, endurance, things like that. You'd have to be in decent shape.

Another one that really bugs me, although I don't recall you doing it, is when people combine "at" and "least" into one word, "atleast". I've seen quite a few people commit that heinous act.

That should help you build up a little muscle, strength, and stamina.
