How stable is STABLE for overclocking?

I have a GeForce256 Asus 6800 DDR and I clocked the memory to 345 and the core to 146. It runs fine for most everything I run (3dMark on highest settings, Unreal, Quake, CS) but whenever I run Nvidia's new demo (the outdoors dinosaur one) on 1280x1024x32, it always crashes. I figure this is more opt to crash an o/c'ed geforce since the demo is made to utilize every capability of geforces. I figure it's fine running the way it is now, but how would you guys feel knowing even though your video card is stable for everything you run, you can still consistently crash it?

Yea, it runs when I o/c to 335 memory/ 135 core . . . haven't really experimented with too many settings . . .but

If its the crytek demo it always crashes. i ran it on a g-force2 mx and it would always crash. It would run fine for awhile then just freak out. It usually took it about 15 min to do it.
