How spoiled do you have to be to think that your father will buy you a $30+ million penthouse in Manhattan?

I was watching that reality show on MTV featuring that guy from Run DMC. In one of the episodes two of his daughters (I don't know how many daughters he has) go looking for an apartment in New York. The "apartment" that they end up wanting costs something like $33 million. When the realtor tells them it costs 33, one of the girls asks, "33 what?"

EDIT: The penthouse/duplex was actually $32 million.

yeah, it was a Trump penthouse, multilevel. They just have no concept of what things cost since they've never been concerned about money. At least they don't ACT like little brats...they're just detached from the real world.

And I love watching Run and Russell bitch at each other...it's great.

No, the lady said 14 not 33...RUN's daughter said, "14 what? Thousand?"...then the laday said "Million, you dumb bitch"
Well actually she didn't say, "...dumb bitch" but I know that's what the lady was thinking.

Ummm did you watch and comprehend it? Its not a terribly taxing show for your brain. They looked at the penthouse, then when they found out it was 14Mil (no idea where you got 33) They knew right then and there that their dad wouldn't buy it. Case closed.

The more interesting point, is that these girls had no comprehension of what appts like that woudl even cost. They knew looking at them that they were going to be expensive, but not THAT expensive.

If you watched the show... which i did for some reason, you'd realize that the girls didn't know that those apartments were in the millions. Towards the end of the show, when they were shown the ones in the 2k range... well, that was funny.

Well that 0.01% wins! It definitely was not $33 mill. I too watched it, but can't remember the exact numbers. Others have said $14 mill which sounds like the right numbers to me.

I still think it was something over $30 million. I remember hearing the number 14,000 (not 14 million) in reference to something else.
