How soon can we expect info on the G80 refresh cards?

I'm looking forward to seeing something come out around $350-400 MSRP with 512MB of GDDR3, 512-bit bus, and at least as many stream processors and TMUs as the GTS, preferably a little more.
Something that within three months of release will be available for $325 AR or $350 without any extra MIRs.

no one knows for sure but I wouldn't expect info for at least the next couple months and then maybe a release 2-4 months after.

you probably get one soon or probably another year or so until nvidia comes out with 8900 series.

8800GTX has those things you want.

NVIDIA generally likes to release a new flagship product every six months so fall. However, the Geforce 8800GTS has come down in price so much, I could not resist buying it about a month ago. I am glad I did not wait. Even with its shortcomings, it is fast, has great IQ and is quiet.

I think the 8850 will be impressive when it comes out, but I don't really see middle ranged cards getting a real bump like the GTS.
There is still some speculation that their may be some pixel shading that can be unlocked by nvidia holding it under their hat, but mostly just speculation.
The way I see it, Nvidia's next gen is 6-9 months away (it's already 7 months old), so i doubt they will do much more than add a few more low end sku's and a top end 8850 (multicore), but no 8900 or silicon revamps till next gen (unless ATI gives them cause).

BTW, is this the same yacoub from the SupCom boards?
