How small is an apartment for 617 square feet?

my condo is 450 sq ft. (in nyc) it's an L studio+ with an eat in kitchen. In the short part of the L i have a huge closet, and my desk. the + is a full eat in kitchen, that I have a full kitchen table with ample room (could fit 6 comfortably) and a galley kitchen. The longer part of the L studio I have a full sized wrap around leather couch which is facing my mounted LCD TV and my bed behind the couch. Nothing at all is cramped. I will probably purchase a 1br sometime in the next two years, but for now it's an awesome bachelor pad. I've had 10 people over and did not feel crowded at all.
