supposedly this was a pretty good psu about 2 years ago

i am still using it to power my rig below but am afraid of it aging and not being able to give me a good OC on CPU/VIDEO

it is mounted on the bottom of my LL case sucking in a good amt of dust from a carpet floor... i have cleaned it once, but dont have the time to remove it and clean that often.

what do u guys think the current continuous output rating should be? (max 600watts 4 x 12v)

Worse case senerio and its just a couple of amps shy of its original output. But thats considering 24/7 use over the past 2 years. But thats pretty much a guess. Its hard to say what the impact of the past 2 years of use has been on the unit without putting it threw a load tester and seeing how it handles various loads.

I have the same PSU, and consider it on of the best PSU's for its price. I have the e6600 and AC Freezer Pro 7, similar to your setup and, if Speedfan is a reliable voltage barometer, its reading 12.34v on the +12 line, so keep your eye on that and hope for the best.
Now if you'd have said you have a Powmax or a Sparkle running that rig, I'd recommend you chuck that in a hurry !

I'm using an 8800GTS ACS card, but kicking around the idea of going SLI'd 8800GTs .. be interesting to see how the Epsilon does with that.

Capacitors age, but two years isn't a long time at all.
If your not overheating the psu it should last quite a few more years.

I have supplies here that were made 15 years ago that still work fine.
