How should I set memory timings TRRD and TRC?

I have Patriot DDR PC3200 memory rated 2-3-2-5 1T. I entered those settings manually in the BIOS of my Asrock motherboard. However, there are also options for settings TRRD and TRC. I can find no explanation of those on the Patriot or Asrock websites and very little about them in various memory timing guides I've found.

Is there any way to intelligently enter manual values for TRRD and TC, or should I just leave them on auto?

It's easiest to leave them on auto unless you really like tweaking...

I'd head over to XS to read more about those timings if you want to mess around more.

Thanks for the info n7. I'm not really into tweaking unless it's important so auto sounds fine. Now I'm curious, though, what is XS?

I just leave them in Auto and tweak the rest for overclocking.
