how should i overclock?

im using radclocker. and im feeling the urge to overclock. i seen many successful overclock of sapphire 9800np 3.3 samsung. im trying to reach 400/350. should i just jump on it? i have a 80x80 enermax 3000rpm fan pointing right at it. thanks in advance. my card is currently flashed with pro bios to 340/320.
 
hmm... pro bios should put it at 380/340 so something odd is going on there. My card can't go above 340 ram but the core runs great at 430
