How should I overclock this system?

I want to overclock my processor and gfx card if possible, but I have no idea how to get started. I am also looking to maximize performance, so how should I go about this? Should I make any upgrades?

I am running an Athlon XP 2100+ chip, on a Soyo KT333 Dragon Platinum Ultra chipset. I have 256 MB of CAS 2.0 2100 DDR-RAM, and I use a Chaintech GeForce 4 Ti 4200 128MB Gold graphics card.

Any ideas?
