Be careful, girl fights can be vicious.

Knowing what I do, I think your best response is a strongly worded facebook posting or email.

Don't sweat about the little stuff HAL9000, because $34 isn't enough to blow a blood vessel over.

EXPLAIN!caps

Remember when you came to TFNN? The forum where people are allowed to tell you what they really think of you? We did. You went crying like a little girl and now you're acting like an irrational, vindictive WOMAN.

You're doing the right thing Hal. The girl owes you money and you should get it all back, not just be happy with some of it. I would never take less than what I'm owed unless I accept it.

Nope, I let her the phone, she lost it, then she agreed to pay me the money, I didn't every lend her anything with the expectation that she would pay me back for it.

Please read OP before posting next time.mmmk

This is so backwards it hurts.

If I "lend" someone something with no expectation that I would be returned the item/compensated for it; then I'm either *giving* it to them or making an incomprehensibly bad loan.

Threaten to join her favorite online forum and participate in all the discussion threads. The bitch will pay up quick if she's smart.

Right?

Trade the word "phone" for "a rock" and the concept doesn't change.

Either you let her borrow the phone, intending to get it back, or you gifted it to her in which case who gives a shit what she does with it?
