I only have about 6 or 7 hours to do it, so dont suggest some recipe that takes a weeks prep.

The skin outside cooks so fast you don't get any oil in it, chicken is ususally greasy cause the coating holds the grease.
We had our first deep fry this summer and I tell you a tastier turkey I don't think I've ever had, very tender cause the oil locks in the moisture.
at 3 min a lb a your 15 lb turkey is done in 45 min!!
