how should i cook my turkey?

I only have about 6 or 7 hours to do it, so dont suggest some recipe that takes a weeks prep. :)

Assuming it isn't frozen, rinse it inside and out. Dry it and rub salt on the inside. Place in baking pan breast side down for juicier breas meat and put it in the oven. Dressing can be made separate and juices from turkey added later.

it's a little late now... but instead of putting it breast down... put three or four strips of bacon on the breast-side up, and cover that with a wet paper lunch bag for about 4 hours, then remove to crisp the skin and bacon....:)

The skin outside cooks so fast you don't get any oil in it, chicken is ususally greasy cause the coating holds the grease.
We had our first deep fry this summer and I tell you a tastier turkey I don't think I've ever had, very tender cause the oil locks in the moisture.
at 3 min a lb a your 15 lb turkey is done in 45 min!!

quarter it
brine it for a few hours
steam it for an hour and half
fry it to turn the skin brown
eat

Edit: of course i should never advise any sort of cooking methods as I can hardly make french toast correctly
