How should I adjust my sleeping schedule?

I got 3 hours of sleep last night, I need to get up at 8am tomorrow, should I nap, then go to sleep at 12 or just wait until 10 to sleep?

I feel like crap, I didn't want to come into work today but some big report is due and of course it gets delegated to me!
 
meh be like me...I'm nocturnal, but I have 8 o' clock classes...that translates to up til 2-3 on weeknights, up at 7 the next morning, up till 5 on weekends, sleep till 2 or 3, with at least 1-3 hours of nap time each day 🙂

I'd say go to sleep right now, wake up at 4-5am, if it's that important
