you jsut want arms?? well jsut to curls i guess?? 20 lbs should be good enough to start off with
and are you limited to your home equipments or do you have workout bench also?

and besides... arm is a pretty general "area" ... do you mean like forearm?? bicep?? tricep?? or wrist?? there are lots of things you can do with free weights, but you should probably isolate the muscle groups.

I have no other workout equipment besides this pair of 20lbs weights.

I am currently running 3 times a week, yoga 1 time a week, and I do 20 situps and 20 pushups ever nightbefore bed.

I want to work on my biceps and triceps.

well i mean... it's usually better to work out every muscle group... yo udoln't want to be huge in just one area
but since you're doing pushups already, i guess you do get some chest exercise.

i would say start increasing the number of pushups that you do, and do curls for bicep and as for tricep...

you can raise the weight over your head, and drop it down towards your back....

Any sites you suggest for a good beginners schedule ?

What about a good site that describes the proper methods ?

those should be good enough....
but as far as proper methods, just make sure that the exercise doesn't hurt you, and you can feel it working your muscle.... it varies from person to person as the bone structure and stuff are different, so you really have to try the exercises yourself to find out
