How setup KVM switch for PC and LAPTOP?

700m has 2 usb ports
PC has 2usb and 2 ps/2

The switch here

has ps/2 on both ends.. which works fine for the PC, but not so well for the 700m....

Is the easiest way to get USB adapters for both those plugs like this ?
Would this have everything OK with the 700m?
