How securely mounted are the USB ports to motherboards?

When it comes to making sure my cables for any of my USB devices are securely in their ports, I usually push a little hard (mild case of OCD i think) to make sure they're "really in". I just want to know if they're (the ports) really secure to the mobo.

Particular about things != OCD. Even jokingly self-diagnosing that offends and annoys me.

As to your question, they're generally quite durable. Willing to take a shove and a pull if you're being rough about it.
