How Secure is the Zalman 7000AlCu HSF?

How secure is the Zalman 7000? I'm trying to decide between it and another HSF, and would choose the Zalman except for what I've read about it being insecure. Is this true, or is it fine? (for those who have it) Would you worry about damaging your processor/mobo while transporting your pc with the Zalman mounted?

My AlCu works fine on my 3.0C/P4C800. Running it wide open (about 2700 according to MBM5) with temps 29C @ idle. The AlCu is within Intel's weight spec, so you shouldn't have a problem if you move your 'puter frequently.
