Seeing as how we haven't had the time to work on it mechanically in a while, and we live in the city now (needing one car at most; we bike everywhere), my girlfriend is selling her '76 VW Bus. Our hippy days may be coming to an end.
Pics.
It's weird -- she bought that car five years ago, right before the start of college. It's kinda odd how you measure times in terms of posessions sometimes; even though we don't use the car ever anymore, it'll be sad to see it go. We're planning on buying another one someday, but it's gonna be a long time before we have the need again. The next one will have a modded out Corvair engine, though, so we can drive faster than 55.
Anyway.
