How reversible is a vasectomy?

If you're thinking of getting a vasectomy as birth control and then having it reversed when you want little her209's, don't do it. Vasectomy is meant to be permanent birth control, and while some can be reversed, the odds aren't the ones that you want to mess with if you think you do want kids someday.

lol, they dont even touch your nuts.

vasectomys are meant to be permanent. they can be reversed, but doctors will tell you dont go into it thinking it can be reversed down the road. while not impossible, its difficult to do successfully.

if you already have the all the children you want, vasectomys are awesome. no pill, etc for the woman to worry about. no condoms for the guy to torture through. plus, its a small sacrifice the man can make since the woman went through pain of birthing, even though vasectomys dont hurt other than some "blueballs" for a while.

I hope that mine is not reversable.

However, you should go for it. The world is already overpopulated enough, tons of children to adopt should you ever want to, and child support is a mother. . .

I had mine done at 20 after the birth of my son. . .

I had to search long and hard to find a doc to do it (some reject young guys on a moral basis). . .

Best 500 bucks I ever spent.

My dad had a reversal back several years ago and now I have two new brothers. Pretty good percentage in his case.

I had a vasectomy a few years ago... would NEVER reverse it. My child producing days are done.
