How relieable is express mail from USPS?

I can't imagine any carrier selling Overnight service that doesn't actually have a high reliability of actually getting there overnight.
 
Depends on where you're sending it from. Chances are the PO is closed now..so I'd say no, it's not getting there tomorrow.

FL to NH isn't guaranteed overnight..IIRC, they advertise as 'express' and 'guaranteed overnight to many locations'.
