how reliable is sandra software?

i bought a stick of 256mb pc133 cl2 sdram made by micron.. there was a sticker on the ram saying that the cl of the ram is 2.. i was able to run the ram at bus speed 133 mhz cl of 2.. when i run sisoft sandra 2000, i look up on my mobo info, sandra reported that my ram has cl of 3(3-2-2).. shouldn't sandra report my ram being cl 2 instead of 3? is this a software bug?
