Hi I cancelled an order from Dell and called them a day after my order to cancel it. At first the said they couldn't cancel it because it was too far into production. I said BS to the lady, hung up and called back. The guy that answered this time said he'd cancel it right away and gave me a confirmation number. Now I check the order status online and it says SHIPPED! WFT?? However the tracking number is bad and I believe something is wrong. I will call Dell again later today when my boss isn't around but have any of you guys expericened this? Thanks
