How reliable are Dell Laser printers?

I'm looking at their Dell Workgroup Laser 5310n but how are the rest of their printers? Are they as bad as the computers. I don't want to be fixing the thing constantly, especially for the price I'm going to pay.

Also has anyone added a Hard drive to these printers?
