how quiet is the enermax whisper, worth the $?

just wondering what peoples thoughts are on the enermax in general and their whisper series specifically. i have an antec 300 but want a ps to be as quiet as possible. i would like to go to their 430w model but i don't believe that it has a whisper series counterpart. any thoughts appreciated.

Just got one for a friend, very quiet, and very cool. The case blows out cold air from the back. Lots of connectors, and even a three pin connector for fan monitoring. You can find them on egay for the lowest prices. Just do a search for enermax. My next ps will definatly be an enermax.
 
I have the 430watt it rocks lots of conectors and two fans on the psu and it is not loud at all.....
