How quiet is fan from Intel retail boxed CPU?

How quiet is the H/S fan that comes inside Intel retail-boxed CPUs? I couldn't find any info about the H/S fan at the Intel web site, but figure they might have the decibel noise rating listed on a spec sheet inside the retail box.

Just deciding whether to take the easy route by getting a retail-boxed CPU, or getting an OEM CPU and a separate H/S with an ultra-quiet fan.

Also, I have quietness at a higher priority than cooling performance, but am curious anyways if anyone is doing any mild overclocking with the stock Intel fan.

Cool, so bumping up a 1Ghz celeron from 100Mhz bus to 133Mhz bus wouldn't be out of the question with a stock Intel HS/fan? I wonder how they perform so well when they look so miniscule in comparison with many aftermarket HS/fans. But I'm glad to hear they're quiet! That's my #1 priority now after sitting one too many hours next to a noisy PC.

Another bonus of getting the retail box over the OEM is a 3 year vs. 1 year warranty.

I have the 1.0A Retail boxed chip and I have taken it up to 1.5 GHz on my ST6. I took it up to 1.43 on my stock cooler before I got the AX-7 w/ L1A panaflo. I'm not sure but I almost remember reading once that the stock Intel cooler runs about 28db.
