Inspired by the "is everyone here fat" thread, I'm looking to go from 6-2" 150lbs up to 160lbs by eating food and working out (without any strange vitamins or unhealthy substances being put into my body such as crazy protein or creatine ****** that are going to take years off my life).
How long or short do you think this could be achieved if I worked at this everyday diligently? My end goal is to be up around 165-170 when I wake up New Years day 2007. My secret ambition behind all of this is to get a bigger more assholeish ego, but also to possibly walk onto the baseball team as a pitcher in college at some point. (Can hit 80mph in the right conditions as a scrawny kid as I stand now)
