How powerful a PS do I need?

I am getting and Athalon XP 1600, gf3ti500, 512mb ram, dvd drive, 24x cdrw, audigyx gamer, and up to 100 watts of power draw from hd coolers and case fans. Will I be ok with a 350 watt ps or should I get a 430 watt ps (both from enermax)?

@ least the 350.. I'd go with the 400+.

I think 300W is enough. I set up a system just like yours to my friend's system and only needs Antec 300W PS.

300 is enough. 350 is for a little padding. Any more is not needed unless you plan on building a dual proc system.
