How overclockable is this system?

I recently purchased a prebuilt system from Ibuypower. Although I was on the verge of building one myself, I decided to buy one prebuild since the final purchase price was a few hundred more than the sum of its components, not to mention that I am a computer neophyte. Now that I am scouring the forums, I am wondering if this system is overclockable or if the components are so barebones that it is just not worthwhile. Here are the system specs from Sandra:

Mother board: Leadtek K7NCR 18D NForce2
Memory: Corsair XMS 400 1024 MB (2 512 sticks) w/ Heat Spreaders
Case: RaidCom Aluminum case w/ 8 bays
P/S: Enermax EG465P-VE 430 Watt Power Supply
Vcard: ATI Radeon 9700 Pro AIW

Processor
Amd Athalon XP 2700+
Speed : 2.17 GHZ
Model Number : 2700 (estimated)
Performance Rating : PR3148 (estimated)
Type : Standard
Packaging : Socket A PGA
Multiplier : 13X
Generation : 7th ( 7x86)
Model Information : Duron AMD 4/MP/XP (ThoroughBred) 1.5- 2.5+ 1.5-1.6V
Revision/Stepping : 8/1 (0)
Stepping Mask : B0
Core Volt Rating : 1.65

Processor Cache
Internal Data Cache : 64kb synchronus writeback
Internal Instruction Cache : 64kb synchronus writeback
L2- Onbard Cache: 256kb ECC Synchronus writeback
L2 Cache Multiplier : 1/1 (equivalent 2171 Mhz)

Host Interface
Front Side Bus Speed : 2x 167 Mhz (334 MHZ Data rate)

I think I got most of the components for a high end system, and not that I am unhappy about its performance, but I am just curious to see how much head room I have available. In a year or two, I know that I will be looking into boosting performance and when the time comes, I want to be sure I am sufficiently prepared knowledge-wise with what to do with what I have. If there are pieces of relevant information that I have overlooked, please inform me of such and I will gladly get the specs. Thanks in advance for your opinions.

Yeah, that motherboard doesn't have multiplier adjustments, limiting the overclockability. Oh and for future reference its "Athlon" not "Athalon".

Why don't you just get an Epox 8RDA+ motherboard and a 2100+ Thoroughbred B CPU? It will save you about $175 on the processor, I'm not sure how much more the 8RDA+ costs than the motherboard you're talking about. The 2100 Tbred-B CPU will overclock up to Athlon XP 3200+ standards, or higher, if you have good RAM and cooling. That 2700+ that you're talking about won't overclock too good. It might overclock to the same point, but why spend the extra money on the 2700+? I'm running at 3000+ speeds with my 2100+ (which isn't even THAT high compared to some guys on here) with relatively little effort.

*Edit.. oh.. you already bought the stuff... that's a shame =)

YMMV. Seems like my 8rda+ is less stable than the soyo kt333 dragon i had. there were windows errors at stock fsb speed!!

ok, here's an odd one. seems like the stability is better @ 166 vs 133!!! what's up with that? some things are better left unexplained . . . maybe it's the Geil 3500 ram? though it goes through MemTest like nobody's business (0 errors, 10-15 runs) @ 200 MHz & 2-3-3-6 (Geil spec'd settings)

either way, i'm @ 2.25GHz => 2800+ speeds now. i supose i should be happy with this, but i'm not!
